What web accessibility is
An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.
Accessibility adjustments on this site
We’ve built the StanleySync website in accordance with WCAG 2.1 AA standards, following best practices to make sure the site is accessible to as many users as possible.
The following measures have been implemented:
-
Structured all pages with clear heading hierarchy and semantic markup.
-
Added descriptive alternative text for all images.
-
Ensured color contrast meets WCAG 2.1 AA requirements.
-
Enabled keyboard navigation support.
-
Used readable font sizes and responsive layout for mobile and desktop.
-
Limited motion and flashing effects to reduce visual strain.
-
Used the Accessibility Wizard to identify and fix potential accessibility issues.
-
Set clear and consistent language tags across the site for assistive tools.
-
Ensured that forms and interactive content are labeled properly for screen readers.
If you encounter any accessibility barriers while using this site, please reach out so we can correct the issue immediately.
Declaration of partial compliance with the standard due to third-party content
Certain areas of this website may rely on third-party integrations (such as embedded calendars, videos, payment systems, or AI tools hosted on external platforms). While StanleySync strives to ensure accessibility throughout the entire site, we cannot guarantee full compliance on external systems or widgets that we do not control.
These integrations include:
-
Embedded Google Maps
-
Wix Forms and Payment Modules
-
Third-party scheduling and automation tools
We continuously monitor these areas and collaborate with third-party providers to improve accessibility.
Accessibility arrangements in the organization
StanleySync operates primarily online from Grand Rapids, Michigan, and provides digital services remotely to clients across the United States. While we do not have a physical office open to the public, all communication, design consultations, and project management are available through accessible online channels including email, phone, and video meetings.
If a client requires specific accessibility accommodations — such as alternative communication formats, screen-reader friendly documents, or voice-based consultation — we are happy to arrange them at no extra cost. Our goal is to make every step of the process clear, inclusive, and comfortable for all clients.
