Refund Policy
At StanleySync, we value transparency, fairness, and respect — for both you and the work that goes into each project.
Refund Policy - The Basics
1. Deposits & Payments
A 50% deposit is required to begin any project. The remaining balance is due upon completion or before the site goes live.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Before work begins: You may receive a full refund of your deposit.

After work begins but before first draft delivery: You may receive a partial refund (up to 25%) to cover unused time.

After first draft delivery or significant progress: Refunds are not available, as design and setup work have been performed.
3. Project Cancellations
If you decide to cancel after work has started, you’ll receive all completed files and design work up to that point. Ownership of the project will be transferred to you after final payment.
4. Revisions & Changes
All packages include 1–2 rounds of revisions (depending on your plan). Major design changes after final approval may require additional fees.
5. Non-Payment
If a project is completed but final payment isn’t made within the agreed timeframe, StanleySync reserves the right to withhold site launch or transfer of files until payment is received.
6. Our Commitment
Our goal is to ensure every client walks away with a finished product they’re proud of. If there’s an issue, we’ll work with you to resolve it professionally and fairly.
